Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are ranges for planning purposes. Your binding price is the written proposal we provide after measuring your property. Published per-foot rates may change without notice.

Scheduling and weather

Installation dates are targets, not guarantees. Minnesota weather may require rescheduling for crew safety and install quality. We will communicate changes as early as we can.

Deposits

Accepted projects require a 50% deposit, which funds materials ordered specifically for your home. Remaining balance is due on completion.

Warranty

Fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is warranted by us. Warranty details are stated on your proposal.
